We added the Narragansett factor to the recessive slate and created a blue Narragansett.
Genotype: bb nn slsl with hens being n- at the Narragansett locus.
Color and patterns are nearly identical to a recessive slate except for dilution of the wing coverts and at the edges of the smaller body feathers.
This is a true breeding variety.
